Role summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced product manager to shape the vision and execute the product development of our Console. This builder environment enables developers to go fast from an AI application idea to production. You will be working on one of our core products at the intersection of developer experience and enterprise needs, transforming our APIs into a trusted enterprise solution that delivers measurable value across teams and functions.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen and a deep understanding of our user needs. The ideal candidate have a deep understanding of the technical and business aspects of generative AI and how it’s reshaping the way we build software. They have strong empathy for developers and have successful experience of building developer experience (DX) oriented tools impacting millions of professionals and individuals. They have in-depth knowledge of how developers work and adopt solutions.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities 

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

Product Strategy and Vision
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market needs.
Contribute to the overall product vision for developer products and drives its prioritization and execution.

Market Research and Exploration
Conduct thorough market research and UX research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs and competitive gaps.

Product Development
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

User Experience
Ensure that all products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest standards of usability and design.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and address user pain points.

Go-to-Market Strategy
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, define pricing strategies.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

Data-Driven Decisions
Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and iterate on product features.

Roadmap Management
Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.

You may be a good fit if:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in product management
• Experience of building and scaling large audience DX tools (including APIs & SDKs)
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies and infrastructure matters (MLOps)
• Empathy for software engineers and understanding of the way they adopt technology
• Customer centric and obsessed by our clients problems 
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strategic mind with a strong business acumen
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Low ego and high emotional intelligence
• Self-starter and high autonomy

Now, it would be ideal if you have:

• Experience with LLM / LLMOps technologies
• Understanding and close connections to open-source ecosystems
• Past developer experience
