About the opportunity:

Want to work at a start-up within a start-up? We are looking for someone scrappy who is excited to be one of the first PMs to drive dramatic customer experience improvements through LLMs! This role will be responsible for doing whatever it takes to drive success for initial Propelix customers, whether that be educating customers, building features, or establishing new processes. This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market and product.

What is Propelix:

Jerry’s goal is to radically simplify the process of shopping for insurance. In late 2022, we were one of the first companies to start developing on top of Open.AI’s ChatGPT. In April of 2023, we launched our first LLM powered chatbot that could answer the 200,000+ messages we get from our customers each month via Chat and SMS. Our multi-modal chatbot is now answering all of our inbound messages in an average of 12 seconds and is resolving more than 70% of them without involving a human agent! We have also launched a voicebot for inbound phone calls that went live in production in early 2024. Propelix.ai is to Jerry.ai what AWS is to Amazon: a valuable core technology that we are making available to other companies because we believe it can be a very valuable business for us.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the implementation process for initial Propelix customers to drive customer success & customer satisfaction

  • Identify and manage any necessary integrations with customer or 3rd party systems

  • Identify and execute any desired changes to the base Propelix system

  • Make changes as needed to Propelix virtual agent prompts

• Utilize customer insights to scope & build new features for Propelix

• Perform market analysis & discovery work to identify target customer segments and essential features

• Oversee a significant portion of the Propelix product, aiming to establish it as the leading prompt management solution for customer service automation

Requirements:

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management abilities, capable of managing clients, internal stakeholders, project and product team members, and project timelines effectively.

• Communication: Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, able to interact with a diverse range of individuals, including internal, external, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.

• Initiative: Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.

• Systems Thinking: Skilled at bringing structure to ambiguous situations, demonstrating curiosity, asking insightful questions, and employing creative and first-principles thinking

Ideal profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline

• 2+ years of experience as a product manager in a B2B environment

• Strong project management skills
