Contact management is at the core of Pipedrive and you get this opportunity to define the vision and strategy for the area. We are looking for entrepreneurial innovators to join us as product managers on this new journey to becoming a decacorn company (Google it, it’s a real thing).   

What will you be doing? As a product manager, you’ll be working closely with our research, design, engineering, marketing and customer support teams to identify user needs and the best solutions to address them. As such, we expect you to be on top of our existing product suite and help improve it. You’ll also develop new, groundbreaking product concepts to make other peoples’ workflows (and, consequently, lives) that much better. Sure, this may sound ambitious, but with 100,000+ paying customers worldwide, plenty of VC backing and a steep growth path, we have the means to execute our vision.

Your new adventure:

  • Create a vision and strategy for the contact management space, while ensuring they align with the company’s vision and goals
  • Talk to existing and potential users to assess their needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with our design, engineering and research teams to identify and develop the best solutions for users’ needs
  • Work closely with engineering and other product teams to prioritize scalability and performance problems within Contact Management
  • Work with various departments (such as product marketing, monetization and design and communications) to strategize the launch, adoption and delivery of set objectives
  • Build and manage product backlog by understanding the value of each feature and the level of effort required to implement it

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager or similar position
  • Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate the “why” behind user needs
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with team members to deliver great results
