About the job

The Core Products team is composed of Product Managers who partner with Engineering Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Product Designers to design, build, deploy, and maintain the products within Scaleway’s Core ecosystem’s.

The products we build aim to facilitate our clients' lives by providing them with an intuitive and simple cloud service so that our customers can focus on their own high-value activities: building software and services! Core products include Billing, Payment, Account management, IAM, Console experience. They are used by all of our clients and all the Product teams at Scaleway.

You will play a key role in building the Console experience for Scaleway’s cloud ecosystem. Reporting to your Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, specifying, and delivering the future of our console, which is used by our customers to manage their Scaleway products. More specifically, you will focus on how to improve our onboarding, global navigation, and support interactions.

Alongside your development team, the Engineering Manager, and fellow PMs, your daily mission as a Product Manager will be to bring value to Scaleway's clients with the products they are in charge of.

Because of your strategic position within the team as a PM, you will be the "go to" person, not only internally at Scaleway, but also externally, for any product-related concern. You will be in direct contact with developers, Marketing teams, Sales teams, Support teams, customers on a daily basis!

Minimum qualifications

Ability to work as a team in a challenging environment
Ability to conduct interviews with clients
Ability to lead effective workshops with internal stakeholders
Experience as a Product Manager
Demonstrated ability to understand clients needs
Good command of English

Preferred qualifications

Experience with cloud service ecosystems
Ability to deliver documented and high-value features
Possess working knowledge of SaaS interface
Ability to prioritize, manage dependencies, and keep track of the deadlines of deliverables

Responsibilities

Drive the product vision (though the roadmap) according to our defined ecosystem strategy
Identify cloud user pain points and make sure to deliver incremental features
Ensure the features are correctly prioritized and are explicitly split into user stories
Define your objectives and measure the impact of your initiatives (OKRs)
Show your passion for supporting clients, Sales, Marketing on a daily basis
Measure, challenge, and iterate your Key Product Indicators
Keep a thorough watch and stay up to date on the competition
Partner with an Engineering Manager and a Product Marketing Manager to ensure predictable and consistent feature launches
Contribute to product content by delivering added-value white papers, blog posts and conferences

This position can be either:

- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial remote is possible

Salary Range

53,000 - 67,000 EUR per year
