Product Manager (6-12 months contract)

FREE NOW is a marketplace organized into Supply, Marketplace, Rider  and Growth platform By focusing on the Rider side, you will work closely with the Product management and tech team to build an state of the art product towards our vision: We are the first choice for our customers, we built amazing products to provide a truly enjoyable, sustainable and customized urban multi mobility experience in Europe..

Your role:

• You will be responsible for the highly-motivated cross-functional team and facilitate a productive working environment, with a vast variety of challenges and tasks.
• You will work on the development and improvement of the FREE NOW Rider products, enabling stakeholders to maintain the products you build and connecting new partners to our platform.
• Together with your team and our mobility partners you transform our product to become fully multi modal, offering our customers a broad variety of new mobility solutions
• You will be responsible for the  conceptualization and implementation of the product strategy and vision in close collaboration with your Data peers, and act as the interface and ambassador between product team and stakeholders.
• You will be working closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX/UI and business matters, backing up your opinion with data and drive decisions forward when needed.
• You will develop, review, pitch and communicate business models and plans across teams and throughout the company in order to realize maximum potential of our Rider products.

Your profile:

• You have at least 3+ years relevant experience in a PM role, including a track record of launch experiences on digital B2C products. 
• "There must be an app for that" - We love an early adopter mindset on all things in mobility. Have a sense to drive curiosity among your team for the latest features and innovations in the mobility space
• You have strong experience working with a cross functional team, including engineers, data scientists and analysts.
• You are passionate about putting the user experience first and be the user`s advocate in any technical conversation.
• You are an empathic communicator, can motivate your team as well as understand the needs and perspectives of your colleagues.
• Substantial experience in data driven software product management, you can demonstrate team management, skill in product prioritization, creating roadmaps and product delivery.
• Getting things done in a fast-paced environment is where you feel home.
• You hold profound expertise in different procedure models of software development - especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Fluent proficiency in English is essential.
