Connected is looking for a Marketing Brand Designer to join our Remote-First team on contract for 7 months. You’ll report directly to our Director of Growth to support the evolution of Connected’s brand design and the execution of our Go-To-Market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our sales and product development teams to produce compelling design materials as required, including long form pieces of content (white-papers, ebooks), slide decks, web design, email newsletters, print material, and other brand assets
- Manage design for all existing and future brand channels and mediums (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Website)
- Maintain and optimize existing website design and user experience for multiple devices
- Develop website assets such as landing pages, microsites, blog graphics, and animations
- Ensure all Connected-branded materials align to company brand guidelines and design standards
- Design branded engagement materials for conferences, meetups, company events, surprise and delight initiatives, and recruiting events including swag, packaging, signage, landing pages, and presentations
- Work with external vendors, such as agencies, freelancers, videographers, and printers, to maintain brand consistency
- Manage brand asset management system and marketing automation efforts
- Work on evolving the Connected visual Brand
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in graphic design within a corporate environment
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating exceptional graphic design skills, UI/UX skills is a plus
- Knowledge of design principles in a print, online, and social media context
- Demonstrated project and time management skills
- Experience with corporate branding and marketing
- Expertise with graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for Keynote and Google Suite documents
- Strong work ethic, self-directed, reliable, and accountable
- Experience with Wordpress, Unbounce, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus
