We are looking for a new member of the Operations team who is interested in product management, possesses a wide knowledge of the project current state, and has a passion for optimization.

In this dynamic role, you will dive into how our Product Managers, Engineers and user-facing teams work, building strong relationships with them and optimizing the tools and workflows used to make our product organization more productive, effective and data driven.

This role is highly cross-functional and will play a vital role in providing additional value to our current and future users. Requirements

You’re our perfect candidate if you:

  • Provide the team with deep Product, workflow and process understanding.
  • Challenge everything and thrive for operational excellence.
  • Facilitate coordination with various stakeholders (Customer Service, Quality & Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence…) to collect needs and constraints.
  • Identify areas of improvement and define tools and procedures with a strong level of detail to guarantee seamless developments and implementations.
  • Assist with establishing and measuring adequate KPIs in order to assess performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented initiatives.
  • Assist on designing, executing, and monitoring projects related to Operations, Product and other Leadtech teams.
  • Maintenance and optimization of product data analysis reports to make decision-making process of operational needs, including weekly, monthly, ad-hoc reports indicating operational performance results..
  • Set up, manage, and optimize any non-technical processes that help your product/engineering team meet its goals more efficiently. Build processes for scale.
  • Be the main point of contact for Customer Service middle management and agents’ team in terms of process inquiries resolution, project implementation and change management (or appropriately routing them).
  • Serve as a central expert and help maintain an updated central source of truth for information for our portfolio of products. Partner with user-facing teams to help them make more tailored content for specific audiences.
  • Oversee development of solutions for teams’ workflows from inception into adoption.
  • Work with user-facing teams to collect, quantify & communicate product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development. Up-level the understanding of how the product is being used in the real world.
  • Collect, prioritize, escalate, and follow-up on all bugs & suggestions from users and employees.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish.

Nice to have:

  • 1+ year work experience within Product / Customer Service Operation or Project Management.
  • Experience executing cross-functional work and multitasking.
