We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our Product Design Team. Help us shape and improve the overall video consumption experience, from web, to native and to the player. You will explore, design and prototype iteratively to find the right solutions to a variety of product problems. While collaborating closely with your peers at the Design team, as well as Product and Engineering teams.

As a design-centered company, Dailymotion is relying on its product designers to define the new experience for both users and partners uploading content.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Working on end-to-end experiences with a focus on user needs and business goals
• Design concepts for different problems, build prototypes and work on the user interface.
• Work in cross-team projects, collaborating with designers, researchers, engineers, product owners, data analysts and others.
• Participating in product and user research, as well as user interviews
• Presenting design research findings, concepts and designs both verbally and visually
• Contribute and update existing design systems
• Staying up-to-date on the current and best product design practices and trends

• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Eager to learn and motivated to contribute.
• Ability to transform complex problems into relevant, minimalistic, and elegant experiences.
• Able to present and explain design solutions through analytical thinking and thorough research.
• Familiarity with design tools, such as Figma and Protopie or strong ability to learn new tools.
• Good communication skills and great attention to detail
• Proficiency in English.
• French fluency is a plus.
