How you'll help us succeed

As our Head of Product, you'll work collaboratively to create and manage execution against our product roadmap. You’ll apply product and design thinking to investigate both the financial products available for small business owners and the real estate markets in which they operate. You'll leverage your deep understanding of our partners’ needs to identify and develop additional solutions focused on small business resiliency. You will be a mission-critical member of the executive team by defining withco’s product direction and driving our values in how product decisions are made.

What you'll do

  • Drive product planning process across cross-functional teams
  • Build, maintain, and evolve product roadmaps to deliver high-value solutions that support both our small business partners and our internal operations
  • Partner with our Head of Engineering to define scalable solutions and translate those into execution plans
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business model, internal processes, and customer needs
  • Build and manage an excellent product team to help us execute on our mission

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven track record developing and bringing early stage software products to market; 2+ years experience hiring and managing a team and an interest in coaching and mentorship
  • Prioritization and resilience. You understand when and how to manage to clear deliverables while maintaining standards of excellence
  • Effective collaboration. You have a self-driven and communicative working style matched with voracious love of building rapport and fostering meaningful relationships based on integrity, authenticity, and empathy 
  • You are well versed with Agile methodologies and Continuous Delivery practices
  • Strong cognitive reasoning and analysis skills with an ability to translate complex ideas and numbers into common sense insights
  • Passion for small business and desire to help each partner with potentially the most important transaction of her life
