We’re looking for a Founding Designer to take the lead on all aspects of our UI, UX, and visual identity. User-centric design is at the core of what we do, and we’ve muddled our way until this point without someone taking the reins. You’ll have an instrumental role in multiple areas of the business, working closely with our co-founders to bring both our product and brand to life.
Executing a vision that spans UI, UX, visual identity and marketing design. (You’ve got an almost blank canvas—nothing we’ve done already is sacred.)
Meeting regularly with our customers to understand their challenges and product usage
Setting our design priorities and reporting on the impact of your work
Working closely with the whole team to ensure we have a consistent and customer-led visual identity
You’re incredibly user-centric in your approach—our goal is to deliver better experiences our customers’ customers
You have a background designing consumer-grade experiences for B2B
You enjoy experimenting and testing the impact of your ideas
You’re self-motivated and like to take ownership over your own work
