The Opportunity:

Salsify was recently named a market leader by Forrester, IDC and Ventana. Our customers use our platform as their core system of record and workflow to execute their digital commerce strategies. The market opportunity is significant as we grow our footprint across our customer base, expand into additional geographies and markets, and innovate across our product lines.

Our Product and Engineering teams are growing quickly alongside the company growth, now with teams in multiple countries spanning multiple product lines. We are looking for an experienced product- and operationally-minded individual to lead our Product Operations team. In this critical role, you will help ensure we have the right tools and processes in place to ensure the global Product and Engineering teams are operating at a high-level and delivering superior product and customer value.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Contribute to the success of the Product and Engineering teams by developing, launching and improving processes, practices and tools to be used consistently and effectively across the teams
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and drive process improvements in an iterative, agile and collaborative way
  • Facilitate and improve communication and collaboration across the teams and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Go-to-Market teams, senior leadership) required to successfully sell, support and service our products and unlock the value of our product development investment
  • Oversee onboarding for new team members and establish ongoing training and enablement for existing team members
  • Partner with Product and Engineering Leadership on the most effective way to support the operational aspects of product development to allow the teams to do what they do best: build amazing products!

You'll Enjoy This Role if You:

  • Love building process and efficiency - looking at what works, what doesn’t and continuously optimizing to make daily operations more streamlined
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally and using your emotional intelligence to become a trusted partner and leader
  • Understand how Enterprise SaaS products get built, released and launched. Great if you have coached others in agile and lean methodologies
  • Take a balanced, pragmatic approach to process and program management. A belief that process is the oil that makes a machine run well versus slow it down and add unnecessary overhead or busy-work
  • Have exceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills to drive the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis into the process development and decision-making process.
  • Are great at written and verbal communication; extremely organized and detail-oriented

What We Have for You:

  • Competitive Salary
  • Equity
  • 401 (k)
  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Company provided Life Insurance and Short Term Disability as well as additional voluntary insurance elections
  • FSA: Medical, Commuter, and Dependent Care
  • HSA: Tax-advantaged Medical Savings Account
