The Director of Product Operations and Strategy is a strategic advisor, a lead organizer, a talented program manager, and a brilliant communicator. Reporting to the CPO, you will act as their strategic partner and confidant, a proxy when CPO is not available, an adept communicator to help manage priorities, projects, decisions, and actions. Your ultimate goal is to enable the product leadership and product team at large to operate at a higher level of performance and organization. You'll be a pivotal player with broad impact to the product team and entire company.

Product Organization at Wrike consists of Product Managers, Designers and Analysts. They work collaboratively in scrum cross-functional teams of engineers, QAs, and engineering managers.
They follow different processes and contribute to multiple strategic initiatives that you will coordinate.
What you will be responsible for
- Enabling outcomes in the areas of planning, execution, communication and operations of the product organization
- Driving process development, optimization, and implementation of best practices to support our end-to-end product management processes.
- Ensuring success of strategic initiatives that involve multiple product teams and go beyond product organization and require high degree of cross-functional collaboration with partners in Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Executives.
- Representing and driving strategic, functional, and executive updates for Product organization.
How You’ll make an impact
- Manage product operations team and work closely with Product Leadership and Engineering Delivery Office
- Set Product leadership rhythms for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinate quarterly planning across the Product team in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
- Manage strategic product initiatives advancing both the goal clarity and project execution
- Act as Chief Product Officer’s proxy and highly-accessible Product information source for other major functions, including Engineering, Communications, PR, Marketing, Customer Success.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Chief Product Officer and speak as their representative when appropriate.
- Facilitate effective meetings with product leadership including building agendas, capturing key insights, and tracking action items to completion.
- Support development of presentation content for executive team, board, and company town hall meetings
You will achieve your best if you have
- Five years of product management experience, at least 2+ of them in a SaaS company
- Experience generating outstanding results as a product manager
- Effective program management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders who do not report directly to you
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision, including complex initiatives
- Proven results in working with C-level stakeholders and the ability to lead through influence
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area
