About the role: We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on digital product designer with solid expertise in UX/UI design. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting user-friendly experiences that will help millions of people navigate to better healthcare.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Design beautiful, intuitive and accessible interfaces.
Be an advocate for excellent user experience.
Identify pain points and ideate creative solutions for complex interaction problems.
Own and manage our new design system, design processes, and tools.
Work in close collaboration with a diverse team of product managers, developers, doctors, QA, and other stakeholders.
Present different design options at the right level of fidelity, and incorporate feedback critically.
Create detailed design documentation to support engineering and QA teams.
Occasionally support in creating marketing assets or coordinating with external designers.

Here’s what you need to be successful:

Excellent skills in interface design, demonstrable through a portfolio of work.
In-depth knowledge of UX design, UI patterns, and user research methods.
An excellent understanding of visual design principles.
Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, or equivalent tool.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript.
An understanding of motion graphics applied to user interfaces.
You are a quick thinker with a high degree of adaptability. You are fast at coming up with solutions in rapidly changing scenarios.
You can work autonomously with little oversight through multiple projects.
Excellent written communication skills. You can articulate design decisions and collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers.
You can receive constructive feedback, reflect and provide different options.
Fluency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
