About the Opportunity

We have offices in San Francisco, Miami, Malta, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan, and while this role is listed in San Francisco, we are remote-first and believe in you working wherever you work best.

As a Design Program Manager focusing on team operations, you'll establish and optimize best practices across the Experience Team organization directly impacting our culture and operations. You will utilize your program management and people skills to build an infrastructure optimal for growth and development. This role will collaborate heavily with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and the Head of Design Operations to make new programs that will enrich our teams experience.

What You’ll Achieve

Manage the virtual workplace experience for our team and build programs that educate and enrich our product designers, content designers, systems designers and researchers

Build programs to support the experience team along each stage of the employee lifecycle

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures such as performance reviews and career growth
Collaborate with People Ops on leveling guidelines, onboarding, and departure interviews

Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale by developing programs to acknowledge, reward, and encourage employees

Review tools, licensing, and systems for operational excellence and adherence to budget in partnership with Finance

Work with vendors and agencies to identify opportunities to streamline 3rd party engagement

Manage and lead team bonding and offsite events

What We Look For In You

3+ years of applicable program management experience

2+ years specifically functioning in the capacity of program management, team operations

Passion for experience and design with an understanding of the creative and design workflow

Understanding of complex workflows designed to scale across diverse, global teams

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with a diverse range of partners

The ability to clearly articulate your concepts and evangelize on their behalf

Earnest, mature, and ego-free - you welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well

Nice to Haves

Experience designing programs for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products

Experience working with global teams across offices and timezones

Ability to travel internationally about 10% of the time
