Sana is growing fast and we are looking for an energized, curious, creative Customer Product Marketing Manager to educate our members, plan administrators, providers, brokers, and Sana employees on our rapidly evolving products, partnerships, plans, policies, and programs. In this role, you will engage our various customers across their user journeys to help them get the most of their experience with Sana. You will become the voice of the customer through surveys, interviews, and other forms of engagement, then incorporate that voice into everything we create. The ideal candidate is a driven beginning-to-end project manager who gets pumped about solving complicated problems. We are looking for someone who loves developing and testing content, enjoys collaborating with designers, product managers, and leaders from across the company, relishes in testing and analyzing performance data, and thinks critically about building scalable ways to implement customer-facing marketing initiatives.

What you will do

  • Run go-to-market campaigns for new products, partnerships, plans, and policies
  • Manage messaging and positioning, as well as internal comms, for new products, partnerships, plans, and policies
  • Create assets such as automated emails, single send emails, SMS, help center articles, direct mailers, PDFs, decks, webinars, and more
  • Conduct user testing, market research, and user interviews
  • Work cross-functionally with every team in the organization to ensure alignment messaging and positioning
  • Beginning-to-end manage high level projects such as implementing advisory boards, doing segment research, creating user journey maps, and other general voice of the customer table stakes 
  • Work directly with partners to reach common engagement goals

About you

  • 2+ years experience in Product Marketing or similar role, preferably in the health, medical, or digital wellness space
  • Go-to-market or program launch experience with tried and true campaign strategies and a desire to constantly be learning and trying new techniques
  • Strong, consumer-centric writer and content creator with top-notch editing and proofreading skills
  • Data-driven and eager to optimize assets for increased engagement
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Very open to feedback — both giving and receiving
  • Natural “learn it all” willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Values-oriented — you care deeply about making our healthcare system work better for people and business owners
  • Unparalleled attention to detail — you love getting into the weeds to get things done
  • Fast learner, entrepreneurial, and self-directed — excited to build something from scratch
  • Gritty — you aren’t worried about getting your hands dirty and working hard when you need to
  • Comfortable with change — we are a startup and need people who are ok doing things outside of their traditional job description
  • Strong team player with a track record of working cross-functionally
  • Comfortable with modern web applications
  • Nice to have: Ability to write or translate into Spanish (not required)
