About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Product Manager to lead the development of a new, innovative EdTech/coaching platform that combines the immersive, engaging feel of a video game with gamified learning elements similar to Duolingo. This role is pivotal in shaping the product’s vision, design, and execution, ensuring a seamless and fun user experience that encourages continuous learning and growth.

As the driving force behind this project, you will manage every aspect from idea inception to launch, including product strategy, wireframes, design specifications, gamification features, third-party integrations, and overseeing the agile process using Jira. You’ll play a key role in creating an intuitive and game-like app that motivates users to learn and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from zero to one, driving product vision, planning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and other teams to define and deliver product requirements.
  • Oversee wireframes, design workflows, and user journeys, ensuring the app's interface is fun, engaging, and user-friendly, with a focus on game-like elements and motivational feedback.
  • Draft and refine product specifications, ensuring clarity for engineering and design teams.
  • Manage the development of gamification features such as achievements, levels, rewards, and progression systems that inspire user engagement and success.
  • Run and oversee the Jira board, ensuring all tickets are up to date, prioritized, and aligned with project goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, providing clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Conduct regular sprint planning, retrospectives, and work to remove any blockers in the development process.
  • Monitor product progress, testing cycles, and ensure quality is maintained for an on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Drive market research and competitive analysis, particularly around gamification and engagement trends, to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
  • Adapt and iterate on feedback to continually improve product direction, user experience, and gamified elements.

If you are a driven product manager with a passion for building impactful technology with a game-like user experience, and want to play a critical role in launching a product that will transform the coaching/EdTech space, we want to hear from you!

How to Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re the perfect fit for this role.
