What We Do
Thoropass combines simple software with expert guidance to help SaaS companies manage security compliance, security audits, and enterprise procurement security diligence. Thoropass helps companies adopt stage-appropriate compliance practices that enterprises can trust and reduce the time and costs of security audits by 50% or more.
We are a rapidly expanding team based in New York. We were founded in May 2019 and raised our Series C funding in November 2022. Our top investors include J.P. Morgan, PayPal Ventures, Fin Capital, Centana, and Bain Capital. We're growing customers and revenue dramatically, and we’re poised for continued break-out growth in 2024 and beyond.
About the Job
We’re looking for a content writer to join our team remotely. You’ll work with our team of compliance subject matter experts to develop user-friendly instructional content for our platform. You should be able to simplify technical concepts so that our users feel confident when using our product
You’ll be the point person for our in-product compliance content, with an understanding of the subject matter and how our product delivers it. We’ll rely on you to manage your own projects and be independent in using our internal content tools. This role will produce the essential content that drives our platform.
The ideal candidate has experience writing UX or instructional content for a technical product. They are an efficient learner who knows how to ask the right questions. They understand how to write simple, accessible, and efficient content. They know how to work with non-writers to get the information they need without sacrificing quality.
