About the Role:

Hyper is looking for a founding Brand Designer / Art Director to lead creative strategy, design, and production at Hyper. Success will be measured by the designer's ability to efficiently produce breakthrough creative on brand, and on brief, that drives business and marketing objectives. What You Will Do:

Build the structure, processes, and agency relationships (as needed) for creative at Hyper
Shape and evolve Hyper's brand identity, design system, and brand guidance
Lead art direction, brand design, and copywriting (when needed) for marketing briefs
Partner with product design to ensure a cohesive experience throughout the user journey
Support internal stakeholders and agencies with campaign build and deployment (as needed)

About You:

3+ yrs of experience in brand design, art design, creative direction, or agency work
Competencies in art direction, illustration, and animation a must
Experience across a breadth of mediums and brief objectives (brand, perf mktg)
Human-centered and keen understanding of human emotions
