We're seeking an experienced, talented, and creative Brand Designer with a strong focus on craftsmanship to join our passionate team.

Position Overview:

As a Brand Designer at Dailymotion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and visual presence across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to produce captivating visual content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing video design and editing tasks, ensuring the creation of compelling and visually impactful content aligned with project objectives
• Develop and maintain the visual brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Produce high-quality visual assets, motion design, illustrations, and graphics that communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Create compelling and on-brand designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, animations and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and brand objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate the brand's visual storytelling.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them innovatively to projects.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Brand Designer or similar role, preferably worked for digital product.
• Proficiency in video design and editing, demonstrating expertise in leveraging industry-standard software/tools to craft engaging visual narratives, manipulate footage, and produce high-quality video content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong skills in both PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in both English and French, with the ability to seamlessly navigate and communicate in both languages to facilitate effective collaboration and communication in diverse settings
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, layout design etc.
