The IT Associate Product Manager is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of technology products or services within an organization. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to drive the successful delivery of IT solutions. for Sales, Service and Commerce Applications used by Lucid to enable business teams.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in product strategy: Collaborate with the product management team to define and refine product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Requirement gathering and analysis: Collect and document user requirements, conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, and identify customer needs to inform product decision-making.
  • Product development: Work closelywith engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development, including feature prioritization, user storycreation, and sprint planning.
  • Project management: Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  • Testing and quality assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure product quality andfunctionality.
  • Product documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and release notes.
  • Stakeholder communication: Act as a liaison between product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignmentthroughout the product lifecycle.
  • Market and competitive analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and potential product improvements.
  • Customer support and feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and engage with customer support teams to identify areas of improvement and inform future product iterations.
  • Training and support: Provide product training and support to internal teams, such as sales, customer success, and support, to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its value proposition.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 2 + years IT Business or Systems Analyst Experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in IT 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies and practices, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Basic understanding of softwaredevelopment lifecycle (SDLC) and technology stack.
  • Experience with project management tools, issue tracking systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
·       California (Bay Area) - $104,000 - $143,000

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
