Associate Product Manager, Platform & API

What we’re looking for 🔎

Splash is looking for an Associate Product Manager that will define the vision and establish how Splash can advance our Platform & API 🚀. The Platform and API Associate Product Manager will be responsible for facilitating the creation of a unified platform that allows both Splash and its customers to scale and integrate with their event tech stack. Splash customers are three times more likely to retain when they have at least one integration. Driving towards a vision that is rooted in our mission - make it easy to host events - will result in a comprehensive set of product experiences that allow our customers to deliver a wow factor to their attendees and help them stand out from their competitors.

In this role, you’ll get to…

• Make Splash integrations part of the core user experience
• Manage delivery of one of Splash's key integrations - SDFC facilitated via AppExchange
• Influence a roadmap aligned with achieving a vision that delivers customer success and drives collaboration with your design and engineering counterparts.
• Partner with Product Marketing to deliver consistent messaging to our customers to help them understand the benefits of the ongoing improvements.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure delivery towards company and team goal.
• Deliver on a relentless focus on simplicity and ease of use. Measured purely by how customers adopt and engage with our tools to deliver their event experiences.

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have…

• Self-motivation, ability to manage up. Ownership and autonomy are key!
• Demonstrated ability taking a proactive approach to product management, with strong follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of web, mobile and data technologies.
• Experience managing products in an Agile environment; ability to operate at strategic and day-to-day level.
• Experience working within SaaS platform and data management.

Not a deal breaker, but it’d be great if you had…

• A year of experience in a Product Management role.
• Experience with platforms, API’s, user centric experiences.
• Experience in the successful delivery of enterprise solutions, specifically in B2B and B2B2C environments.

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you. We consider what you are looking for, the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s fair pay among those you’ll be working with. The base compensation amount for this role is targeted at $100,000-$130,000 CAD. In addition to your cash compensation, every full-time employee will be able to participate in our employee equity program. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including your experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
