We are looking for a passionate, eager product manager to join our Content Integrity team within Content Platform – a central enabler for the Spotify business, delivering a complete, available, and enriched catalogue of music, podcasts, videos and more. Your work will define the future of scalable content moderation and content insights at Spotify. You will be driving the strategy of reporting products across Spotify which allows users to report potential policy-violating content to our internal policy experts. You will work with teams across Spotify to build a consistent integration interface into Spotify’s Content Integrity Platform as well as iterate and improve user reporting flows in line with local and global regulations and based on internal metrics.
what you'll do:
- Drive the product strategy of user reporting into the Content Integrity platform.
- Determine how best to work with product teams at Spotify to integrate into user reporting workflows.
- Build clear and consistent communication channels with your stakeholders to gather input on your business priorities and goals, and to provide clear expectations and updates on progress.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers on the vision and mission of your team; partner with your engineering manager to establish ways of working for your team to carry out roadmap delivery.
- Partner closely with your customers to improve your products with a build-measure-learn approach.
Who you are:
- You have a deep knowledge and understanding of the workflows and processes that Spotify users navigate when consuming and sharing content.
- You have previous experience working with reporting workflows or platform products.
- You are motivated by working side by side with your internal customers.
