Your future team
We're hiring a Workspace Design Manager, reporting to the Real Estate and Development Lead. You are creative with a background in Architecture and Design. Here, you'll work on global projects and collaborate with the Atlassian TEAM!
What you'll do
- You will be the main driver behind architectural development, FF&E selections, design consultant management, drawing package phase approvals, detail management, design standardization and specification management.
- As Workspace Design Manager you will be the reference point of contact for internal Atlassian EMEA/NA creative projects and team collaboration.
- You will also work closely with the EMEA/NA Development team from Real Estate site selection through build-out/punch-list management and documentation of as-built conditions.
- This includes working collaboratively with the Design Director in the "Wonder and Explore" phase of projects ensuring you interpret and incorporate the creative vision which has been set at a portfolio level into the local environment.
Your background
- BA/Undergraduate 4-year degree in Architecture
- 7+ years experience in either direct Architectural practice -or- on the client side
- 5 years of working in a Design capacity on the client-side team
- Experience managing internal and external project teams
- Excellent written and Oral communication skills
