Working Student UX Researcher

We are looking for an empathetic, organized and proactive student to join our UX research team. You will be working closely with our UX researchers, the product design team and product managers. Clue as a medical device company is required to build safe and easy to use products and follow the human factors/usability engineering standard IEC 62366. You will support these efforts and support the company to gain a better understanding of the users.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• You will support the user research and human factors engineering efforts, e.g. support in conducting interviews or usability tests
• You will be responsible for recruiting Clue users for specific studies
• You will support the UX researchers and other stakeholders in designing, analyzing and synthesizing surveys 
• You will do desk research on scientific papers in the field of HCI and cycle related experiences, e.g. fertility apps
• You will work closely with the UX research, product design and product teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are enrolled in a university or a university of applied sciences in Germany
• You have knowledge in human behavior, cognitive psychology and human factors
• You have solid knowledge and experience in statistics, quantitative and qualitative research methods
• You speak fluent English, any other language is a plus, especially Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese
• You are passionate about empowering women and people with cycles
• Interest or knowledge in how structural discrimination can be considered in UX research and design
