To achieve this, we’re constantly working on innovative user research projects to deeply understand our customers and test our product and its features. You will be working alongside experienced user researchers and product designers to drive research activities on exciting projects that will have impact on vital products.

We’re on the lookout for a curious working student who will help us shape our products. This is a place filled with new challenges, and opportunities to develop new skills.

YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON THE PITCH

Helping the individual team members in defining problems to study.
Helping the team conduct user research to understand the needs, desires, and behaviours of our users.
Observing interviews and usability testing sessions and taking notes.
Collecting qualitative data through interviews, observations, and surveys.
Helping the team with designing research deliverables such as reports and presentations.
Maintaining the team’s research repository.

PLAYERS PROFILE

You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in psychology, behavioural economics, human factors, or a related field.
You have basic or intermediate knowledge of R or similar statistical tools or you’re eager to improve upon those skills.
You’re excited about helping us shape our products by understanding user needs.
You have a passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our users.
You’re able to communicate with team members and stakeholders in a positive way.
