What will be your role?

Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Growth & Performance Team as a Website Product Owner.

Your mission will be to guide the evolution of our corporate website with a focus on building awareness and driving conversions. You will do so by understanding our prospects and customers, defining the website’s goals, features and related experience.

You will be responsible for:

- Collecting the needs and feedback from our internal customers, users and stakeholders

- Prioritizing feature developments based on goals, impact and needs

- Translating the needs into an actionable plan and communicating it to our engineering team

- Maintaining and communicating on the website roadmap

- Using 1st party data to understand the current behaviours and performance of our website

- QAing future releases and ensuring the vision, quality standards and performance requirements are met

This job has been tailored for you if

You have the following qualities :

- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in product development for a fast growing company

- You are analytical and use data to guide decisions

- You are an excellent communicator, can project manage in a matrix environment and solve complex situations with conflicting priorities

- You have technical expertise in user interface design, business processes and understand the business value of a corporate website

- You are fluent in French and have a good level of English

Hiring process

- Validation of the application

- HR Telephone interview

- Meeting with Etienne, Global Growth Director (45min)

- Case Study Presentation to the Growth Engineering, Brand and Growth & Performance teams

- Meet the team during our famous Barbecue Test (no worries : it is not a test and you don’t have to bring chips)

- Background check to verify your identity, diploma and past professional experience in the context of your ISO27001 certification
