What You'll Do

Own the vision, strategy and execution of product design, shaping the product experience for Aspiration users
Lead and build a team of designers that will work across product squads
Lead a user research team
Partner with product, engineering, data, marketing, and other teams to ensure a quality user experience
Champion customer empathy and express the voice of the customer to cross-functional colleagues
Lead consistent and thoughtful designs that include user flows, interaction designs, information architecture, and more

What You'll Bring

10+ years of relevant design experience - preferably designing large scale consumer applications and products
5+ years of people management experience
Strong ability to recruit and hire
Highly collaborative with demonstrated ability to partner with product, engineering and marketing
Ability to thrive and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
