What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee Product Marketing function at Aspiration, developing and ensuring launch of Aspiration’s product marketing strategy
  • Use research to thoroughly understand consumer needs and partner with product management to identify features that solve these needs
  • Develop the positioning of products and features partnering with product management and marketing
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for Aspiration products 
  • Lead, coach and manage a team of product marketers 
  • Partner closely with leaders in Marketing, Research, Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, etc.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience within a tech company 
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams 
  • Demonstrated experience defining and determining go-to-market strategy 
  • Demonstrated track record of using user needs to identify and position features and products
  • Ability to lead in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong ability to work across multiple functions in a matrixed environment
  • High degree of metric orientation
  • Comfort with and the ability to structure ambiguity typical of fast moving markets
  • A primal obsession with our customer’s financial success.
