What you'll do :

As part of our international creative team you will be involved in retail and point of sale design in stores across the globe.

You'll work closely with your design lead to create high quality designs that will live both in store and in out of home spaces outside of stores, while collaborating closely with the retail team to understand the challenges of each space.

You have deep knowledge of point of sale and in-store displays, how to design display elements, and how to execute the final creation of the visual merchandising display.

You love to wrap your head around the hierarchy of information and how to translate that into good design.

You provide direction, mentorship, and support to junior creatives and promote internal awareness of creative trends and contemporary advertising standards.

Who we're looking for :

You have 3+ years of experience as a Visual Designer specialising in Point of Sale in an advertising or media agency or in a comparable environment.
You are a great team player who thinks out of the box and brings new ideas.
You are highly familiar with the usual graphic-programs and are able to quickly sketch and prototype creative concepts.
You have a high degree of initiative, independence and flexibility.
You have high standards for your work, but also show a high degree of pragmatism and solution orientation when necessary.
You are fluent in English.
