We are hiring a Visual Designer to our Marketing team in São Paulo! 


  • Lead and execute the creative design of Gympass' marketing website (
  • Influence creative voice and strategy across connected digital properties
  • Identify, define, design projects to enhance the brand and visitor experience through creative imagery and elements
  • Translate branding direction and strategy into tangible website imagery and visual cues to convey value to every visitor
  • Make effective visual design decisions using available data from website behavior and interactions, user research studies, experiments and deep understanding of user personas
  • Create and validate visual concepts and mockups, and make critical decisions of when to apply pixel-perfect approach to the UI, and when to make sketches and prototypes to validate quickly
  • Work hand in hand with copywriters, marketing, UX designers, and developers to elevate the Gympass website experience to be the definition of best in class.
  • Perform competitive analysis and industry research as it relates to visual web design best practices
  • Find opportunities to experiment, design and validate solutions based on user behavior and needs
  • Guide, influence, and motivate the team with new ideas to challenge how we think of visual storytelling in new and innovative ways to drive conversion behavior


  • A visual design professional with solid professional experiences, including designing marketing websites and digital experiences
  • You're proficient in design software including Figma/Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • You can interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned projects
  • A plus if you have experience partnering with UX Design and Development teams to create designs
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization principles as it relates to website design decisions
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
  • General understanding of content management systems
  • Must be a proactive problem solver and apply an experimentation mindset to innovate on visual designs and content to drive user behavior and conversion
