What you'll do

Set, maintain and elevate the design system and all Emma creative assets, across all platforms and touchpoints
Conceive and run communication concepts and marketing campaigns across different mediums & channels including mobile, emails, social, experiential and print, for our international markets
Lead a variety of projects of different sizes and scopes, from start to finish
Work across teams to deliver a cohesive message that is compelling and best in class
Provide design direction, mentorship, and support to junior designers
Promote internal awareness of design trends and contemporary brand standards

Who we're looking for

You have a background as a visual designer and a solid design know-how
Trends and keeping up with the Zeitgeist are in your blood
You master the usual graphic-programs
You have an outstanding portfolio (a few awards wouldn't hurt your case)
You are very versatile and feel at home both in digital and classic formats/channels
You are fluent in English
