Meet your team

As Visual Designer at our Berlin headquarters, you will be supporting sales and marketing teams across our five global regions, as well as internal teams, with the design and production of print and digital collateral, strengthening the Choco brand and building excitement and engagement amongst our customers, partners, and team members. You’ll take a service-oriented approach, working closely with counterparts on the content, events, and product marketing teams, as well as stakeholders across the company, ensuring attention to detail and timely delivery, and always with the Choco brand at the forefront of everything you do.

As much a project manager as you are a designer, you’ll be able to handle multiple work streams with ease; as much a marketer as you are an artist, you’ll know how to align your creative concepts with team and company objectives.

Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position.

What you’ll do

Create visual assets for print and web according to brief, collaborating with stakeholders to reach the best solution
Act as steward of the Choco brand, with a sensibility for understanding both when to follow the rules, and when to push the envelope
Build engaging animations, both product- and brand-focused, for use across our social media, product marketing, and customer support channels
Communicate with key stakeholders to establish scope, priority, and timeline for a range of initiatives, large and small
Contribute to the creative and business-driven endeavors of the visual design and marketing team, helping to grow the Choco brand and drive the continued success of our organization

What we’re looking for

2-4 years experience, ideally with both in-house and agency experience
A portfolio showcasing real-world, multi-channel brand and marketing campaigns across print and web, and versatility across design tools - knowledge of Figma is a must
Keen art direction skills, showing a developed sensibility for telling a brand story through design, color, and imagery
Familiarity with printing techniques and color management
A track record of taking a service-oriented approach to collaborating with stakeholders, incorporating feedback, and delivering on-brief creative assets

You impress us even more if you have

Intermediate to advanced video and/or animation skills
Web and/or digital product design skills and experience collaborating with UX teams
Working knowledge of Spanish, German, and/or French
