The Role
The Visual Designer will report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate with departments across marketing, content, engineering, and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set in 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design fundamentals. They will excel in a fast-paced environment, contributing to brainstorming sessions, visualizing concepts, collaborating within a team, and executing projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design fundamentals to create compelling visual content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and visualize design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Execute projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain consistent visual branding and messaging across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's identity and values.
- Work closely with marketing, content, engineering, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional visual designs.
- Act as a team player within the design team, providing support, feedback, and creative input to colleagues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design capabilities and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design fundamentals.
- A deep understanding of the web3, crypto space.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute visual designs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, etc.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects, including 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
