As the Vehicle Product Manager at Dott, you will be responsible for managing a fleet of over 20,000 electric scooters and e-bikes, ensuring their availability, quality, and performance. Your central role is to optimise supplier relationships, enhance user experience, and improve fleet health. You'll serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, oversee supplier management, and provide high-level performance insights to top management, ultimately contributing to profitability.
What You'll Do
- Act as the key account manager for our vehicle supplier, leading high-level negotiations for vehicles and spare parts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, engineering teams, operations teams, supply chain, software, backend, and customer support teams.
- Maximise fleet availability by promptly addressing quality issues and non-conformances from suppliers while driving component improvements.
- Organise and prioritize issues with the quality, operations, and vehicle engineering teams.
- Enhance the user experience by identifying and resolving issues related to vehicle quality, reliability, and availability.
- Improve overall fleet health by analysing key performance metrics, such as fleet utilization, vehicle repairs, and maintenance costs.
- Report high-level metrics related to vehicle performance, including availability, user experience, end-of-ride feedback, and city performance, to top management.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or engineering, preferably in the mobility industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- We use JIRA as our main project management tool.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with supplier management and negotiations. Experience in the vehicle industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and use it to drive decision-making.
- A passion for micro-mobility and the potential to transform urban transportation.
