- HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $40 – $80/hr
- ESTIMATED DURATION: 35h/week - Long term
THE OPPORTUNITY
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Designer, you will work directly with the founders and core team to help design and improve the next generation user experience for protocols at Community Labs. Your focus will include:

Help define the product roadmap and develop the user experience

Develop concepts and move them through ideation, prototype, user testing, and production

Focus on simple and logical design with the ability to develop and test roadmaps and experiences
WHO ARE OUR CLIENTS LOOKING FOR?
-
+2 years of product design experience including experience designing for desktop and mobile with an interest in crypto
-
Experience working with engineers and a technical protocol, preferably in blockchain
-
Self-motivated, innovative and proactive with experience in UX design and planning, visual design, and written communication
-
Ability to take responsibility for projects and the willingness to learn and grow professionally in a team environment, as part of a small core team
NICE TO HAVES?

Experience in a technology startup that underwent hypergrowth or experience in a new division within an established technology company.

Personal interest in blockchain technology.

ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:
