Our Design team knows the magic! Those wizards look into a crystal ball and get a holistic view on the user experience ? With all their wisdom they lead the design processes from discovery to delivery, always keeping in mind our customers and their interests ?
The super power of our Designers is an explosive mixture of endless creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking ?They know how to manage their own work flow and contact with stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
• Design a highly engaging, simple & logical UX to increase NPS
• Maintain, evolve and use design system to provide efficient & scalable UI solutions
• Deliver ready-to-dev design in 1-2 iterations
• Design world class products with a highly engaging, simple & logical UX
• Improve the design of our existing products and ensure new products are designed well and effectively.
What you'll need
• 3 years experience in UX and/or UI design
• Experience with User Interface Design
• Strong creative thinking skills
• Product Thinking experience
• Human centered design approach
• Data driven decisions experience
Nice to have
• Experience in FinTech or Financial Services
