UX/UI Designer (m/f/x)

• You are responsible for turning complex energy related B2C and/or B2B topics into ‘minimal lovable’ solutions as well as evolving them into best-in-class experiences. 
• You are making even complex topics approachable and easy to use for the customers. 
• As part of a cross-functional product team you’re working closely together with product owners, engineers and fellow designers creating holistically aligned products with great user experiences. 
• You are talking to users, consolidating findings and using these gained insights and other data points to influence the product for the better. 
• You are creating journey maps, sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and design specifications. 
• You are creating prototypes and are using them as part of the design process to validate your work in an iterative way. 
• You are contributing to the design system to enable the streamlined creation of consistent products. 
• You are advocating for early involvement of design as part of the product development process. 

• You have completed a degree or have comparable qualifications in design, human-computer interaction or other relevant fields. 
• You’re an interdisciplinary designer who enjoys working on both the UX and the UI side of things for tactical and strategical topics. 
• You are passionate about driving products with intuitive experiences forward. 
• You are vocal about the early and continuous involvement of design as part of the product development process. · You are familiar with using tools like Figma, Zeplin, Dovetail and the likes. 
• You like spending time with your peers from engineering and product to find solutions together as one team. 
• You feel comfortable explaining design decisions also to non-design stakeholders and can hold your ground in discussions. 
• You have a good command of spoken and written English.
