About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a full-time Intern to join our Professional Services Design team. You will be analytical, empathetic, and a creative UX/UI Designer who is excited to bridge the gap between data-driven insights and design. You will be passionate about user research and gathering insights to inspire and inform your design, and transforming those findings into impactful solutions for our clients. 

You will work with the Customer Success team daily, specifically with Success Managers, Solution Experts, and Data Analysts, and in touch with the global UX/UI-Customer Success team (three designers in Paris, one in London & one in New York City).

Location: New York City OR Remote (USA - East Coast Preferred)

What You’ll Do:

  • Solve UX problems with operational recommendations based on data audits for our customers. 
  • Provide written and visual design recommendations to our clients based on data-driven insights and analysis derived by Data Analysts and other Customer Success stakeholders. 
  • Create wireframes & mockups for customers using traditional UX expertise and Contentsquare data. 
  • Help prepare and run custom workshops responding to customers’ UX/UI needs. 
  • Internal missions:
  • Collaborate with the UX Strategist team to facilitate knowledge sharing of UX/UI design theory and guidelines amongst Customer Success and Professional Services. 
  • Help enable the Customer Success and Professional Services team to identify potential UX/UI problems on client sites and validate using data. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience 
  • Solid knowledge of prototype tools, specifically Figma 
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI design theory 
  • Solid knowledge of the Google Suite, especially Google Slides ● Experience with project management tools 
  • Attention to detail and organized 
  • Team player with a great team spirit 
  • Curious & creative 
  • Enthusiastic & good sense of humour 
  • Regularly keeps up-to-date with design/industry knowledge and benchmarks ● Team player with a great team spirit 
  • Client facing skills: MUST be comfortable talking to internal stakeholders and clients

  • Bilingual, English required; Spanish, a plus!
