We're looking for a UX/UI Consultant to join our EMEA UX/UI Design team in an exciting and inclusive work environment. The role of the designers within the Professional Services department is to provide UX/UI design and consulting services to clients, and help them turn data insights into actionable design solutions.

You're an enthusiastic designer, passionate about Data, UX/UI Methodologies and Web Accessibility. You possess strong analytical skills and strategic design-thinking, and are capable of identifying how certain patterns and/or metrics can affect the user experience. You're confident in UX writing, design-thinking, crafting high-fidelity mockups and/or prototypes, and presenting data-driven solutions during client-facing meetings in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will report directly to Dunia, our Lead UX/UI Designer currently based in London, and collaborate on a daily basis with our global UX/UI designers, Data Analysts (DA), Customer Success Managers (CSM) and clients from a wide range of sectors and industries across the EMEA region (1 project usually lasts for 1 week with 1 client).

What You Will Do:

  • Combine both intuitive and analytical thinking and ability to take qualitative and/or quantitative data and turn it into UX/UI recommendations based on the data insights uncovered through analysis
  • Create mockups and rapid prototyping for future improvement based on data insights
  • Provide heuristic evaluation and feedback on clients' mockups and/or prototypes prior to implementation
  • Share guidance on how to enhance existing features by highlighting issues and presenting new solutions
  • Build strong relationships with your clients and work closely with Data Analysts (DA), Customer Success Managers (CSM), Accessibility Experts, etc.
  • Proactively reimagine new UI toolkits and design systems to support the strategic approach of the Professional Service and the Lead User Experience Designer

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Fluent in English mandatory. Fluency in any other European languages will be a plus!
  • +3 years of experience (internship and apprenticeship experience not included) in UX/UI design (this is not an entry-level role)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
  • User-centric designer with excellent attention to detail, up-to-date with driving forward best practices in the industry
  • Solid knowledge of prototype tools: Figma and other prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Proto.io, Sketch, Azure, etc.
  • Confident in making great presentations and the ability to present your ideas and inspire others
  • If you’re an empathetic, creative-curious thinker, with great team spirit and the ability to share clear messages, making complex ideas sound easy, then you’ll fit right in!
