Your work-life opportunity:

As a UX Writer at Glovo, you will work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, UX Researchers, Developers and Localisation specialists to help us deliver an engaging and meaningful experience for Glovo’s customers, partners and couriers. As the champion of our UI copy, you will work in cross-functional product teams at all phases of the product development lifecycle: from brainstorming and researching to shipping products and iterating. You will be part of the UX Writing team, within the UX Organization, which is setting the foundation of the UX Writing discipline at Glovo.

Be a part of a team where you will:

Write clear, concise and localisation-friendly copy across multiple platforms that impact key business metrics
Work autonomously and take full ownership of the UX Writing process for your product area
Work alongside research and data to learn directly from the users what their expectations and motivations are and apply those insights to our solutions in collaboration with the Product Design team
Meet with all the relevant stakeholders and teams to ideate and agree on the best way to solve product challenges and reach our business objectives always driven by clear and measurable goals
Work closely with our Localisation team to create copy that works well into different languages as everything you write will then be translated into 20+ languages
Advocate for user centricity across Glovo

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

At least 3 years of experience in UX writing
Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
Native level fluency in English; any other languages will be very appreciated
A portfolio to showcase how you think and work as a UX Writer
The ability to craft compelling and concise copy in a user-friendly, inclusive and accessible way
The capacity to thrive on feedback and critique, responding with creative thinking and iterations
Experience in advocating for information architecture and content strategy, making sure that the products are intuitive and consistent
Experience working with design tools like Figma as well as content management tools
The ability to strategically prioritize between projects and commitment to deadlines
Experience working with a Localisation team to ensure scalability of copy
Excellent communication skills and a problem solving mindset
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
