UX Writer (m/f/x) native English

• You are responsible for creating clear, intriguing and succinct copy, turning complex energy related B2C and B2B topics into ‘minimal lovable’ solutions as well as evolving them into best-in-class experiences. 
• You are owning the tone of voice guidelines and are developing and implementing the UX writing process across the company, enabling teams to create content. 
• You are improving the writing through testing, research and iteration. 
• You are working closely together with product owners, engineers, designers, UX researchers and marketers creating holistically aligned products with great user experiences, evangelizing the brand voice. 
• You are advocating for early involvement of UX writing as part of the product development process. 
• You are working closely with our localization project manager. 

• You have completed a degree or have comparable qualifications in communications, content strategy, English, journalism, creative writing or other relevant fields. 
• You are passionate about language and enjoy driving products with intuitive experiences forward. 
• You are able to adjust the tone of voice dependent on the audience and messaging. 
• You have experience in translating complex concepts and processes into relatable, human terms. 
• You have a strong understanding of user flows, UX/UI principles and UX best practices. 
• You like spending time with your peers from engineering, product and design to find solutions together as one team. 
• You feel comfortable explaining decisions to stakeholders and can hold your ground in discussions. 
• You are a native English speaker (C2) and fluent in German.
