THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring a WOMAN to LEAD the UX WRITING team for all Gympass products. You can work remotely from anywhere in BRAZIL, and have the option to be hybrid if you live in the Greater São Paulo area. The team is composed of 4 people: 2 from the US, 1 from Brazil, 1 from Portugal. They are 2 women and 2 men.

YOUR IMPACT

• Manage a team of 4 super talented UX Writers
• Be responsible for the UX Writing for all Gympass products, fostering and developing a cohesive language across the organization
• Be hands-on with the team, using yours skills and experience to help them learn and grow; your time will be spent 50/50 – 50% management, 50% hands-on
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and product marketing managers to create a cohesive experience through words
• Present and get feedback from senior leadership; you'll also develop this skill in the team
• Evolve our UX Writing and Product Design processes, bringing your vision on how designers and writers should work together to craft the best experience
• Collaborate on the broader product vision, thinking about the future and making sure content plays a key role in it.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced in managing UX Writing teams
• Skilled in UX Writing for digital products
• Speak and write English fluently
• Self-driven to figure out the pain points, come up with solutions, gather supporters, and execute; you don't wait for directions, you chart the path
• Thrives in complex scenarios, where work happens across different teams and areas, and you are the person responsible for making it all work together
• Have the ability to turn complex problems into a straightforward solution, present, and discuss it with senior leadership.
