We are looking for an exceptional UX writer intern to join our growing team (Product-Led Growth). In this role, you will be creating engaging content for feature discovery, in-context guides, and education for Workato users. You will be joining a team that develops user experiences and user journeys. Engagement users through in-product guides, documentation, blog content and much more, to help customers grow from novice users to intermediate users to Workato gurus.
. You will also be responsible to:
Write human UX content that is useful, simple, and smart
Work cross-functionally with PMs, designers, researchers, and engineers at all stages of the product development process — from ideas to optimizations
Contribute your expertise to product strategy and vision
Develop first principles related to content: Establish voice guides and other writing guidelines
Shape product experiences through information architecture, content hierarchy, usability principles, accessibility, and other best practices
Work with cross-functional teams to develop easy to access guides for learning, product discovery and adoption
Drive and inspire ideas that connect with all types of users through clear and concise copy content across multiple touch points, including page copy, labels, navigation, headings and notifications, etc.
Initiate & execute UX writing projects and identify better approaches to drive efficiency, providing insights and feedback to the team.
Ideate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environment.

You are fluent in all-around writing skills — you’re a language geek who lives for UX writing
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to human-centered design

Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Experience handling complex, cross functional projects
Excellent communication skills and strong ability to collaborate with others throughout the company, sometimes across international time zones
Able to work independently and efficiently to hit short deadlines
Comprehends and deals well with rapid changes and remains flexible and calm in times of uncertainty
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
