We’re looking for a UX writer, with experience writing product onboarding content, for our Growth team. You’ll work with product managers and designers to write communications that help our users get started with, and become experts of Postman.

You will:

• Shape content strategy and write copy for the end-to-end user journey
• Work with product managers and designers to design experiments that drive product adoption
• Collaborate with writers across Postman to share learnings and create cohesive content
  
  

You should be great at:

• Writing approachable copy that is easy to read and aligns with our company value “Earn Trust”
• Editing your own copy to be concise and optimised for usability
• Giving and responding to feedback
• Executing quickly
• Finding and acting on opportunities to improve
  
  

You definitely have:

• 3+ years of professional writing experience
• Some experience with product-related writing (email, help center content, notifications, banners, tooltips, etc.)
• Experience writing marketing campaigns
• A portfolio of writing examples you can share
  
  

You might also have:

• Conducted A/B tests on copy variations
• Adjusted copy based on performance
• Have experience utilising user insights to generate ideas for content-based solutions
