ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a talented UX Writer to join a team of three other UX Writers and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience from start to finish, across all of our in-app digital touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX and Product designers, to craft compelling copy to turn leads into loyal, forever customers.

Responsibilities

Understand the needs of assigned projects and Yassir products.
Create and write compelling copy that follows UX writing best practices.
Audit and improve the content of existing products.
Work closely with product teams and product designers.
Establish and ensure improvement of the UX writing process.
Build and develop UX writing documentation and guidelines that adhere to the spirit of the brand.
Stay current and follow best practices, standards, and the latest innovations in their field.

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced writing skills in French and English
1-2 years of experience in UX writing, technical content writing, or web content writing.
Attention to detail. Problem-solving ability, solution-oriented.
Willingness to continually learn and reinvent.
Creative and team spirit.
Organized, meticulous, patient, and thorough.
Familiarity with design tools, like Figma and Miro.
Bonus: experience using Lokalise, working knowledge of Arabic
