UX Writer- Bogota/Mexico City/Santiago

We are looking for the best UX Writer on the market to join our team and help us build incredible experiences for our clients. You will be able to write clear and useful text in our product interfaces to help users reach a specific goal. Also, communicate the essence of our business clearly, to create the perfect user journey online. You will draw/write the map that guides users to every step of our journey.

Principal functions:

• Research capacity: find that the texts are adapted for both the market and the company.
• Writing skills: according to our brand style, in a direct and understandable way
• Raise awareness of the flow that the user follows in the application or web, from the user’s actions to the information that he receives and that which he will receive. Maintain consistency in communication.
• Build communication flows
• Work as a team and collaborate: you will work hand in hand with the UX Designer, Product Owners / Managers; and Latam business and marketing teams.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the content in the QA stages.
• Validate the usability and clarity (understanding) of the content with research tools. Conduct interviews and learn the "jargon" of users in the business of buying, selling, and financing cars.

Ideal Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as a UX writer, tech writer, content strategist, or similar.
• Experience incorporating research, data, and customer feedback into proposed solutions
• Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Sketch
• Portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
• Middle / Advanced English (Exclusive)
