About the Job
In this role you will leverage customer insight to understand current and future customer needs and trends, to inform the development of our customer journeys.
You’ll design research methodologies appropriate to the journey in question to extract relevant and actionable insight informing the design of the journey. And you will be responsible for designing and conducting complex user experience research studies to support user interface design and recommend usability improvements.

About You
You have strong experience working within an insights role and as a User Researcher with a consisted track record of working with complicated subject matter.
You're experienced working in an regulated industry and can transform your findings into tangible requirements for improvement.
