Pinecone is pioneering search and database technology that's revolutionizing how developers build search and Generative AI applications. Our managed vector database provides customers with easy-to-use capabilities that until now have only been in the hands of a few tech giants. The demand for vector databases is growing incredibly fast, and it shows in our user base. We have a large audience of developers who are eager to learn and build with our product.
We are seeking a UX Researcher with a specialization in software APIs and developer tools to help us improve our developer experience. Our user-base consists of software engineers that write code using Pinecone APIs and SDKs as part of their production systems, often integrating Pinecone into 3rd party databases, LLM’s, UI’s, and more. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our offerings meet the needs and expectations of our developer/software engineer community. You will explore user behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis to identify pain points, find areas for improvement, and gather insights and actionable feedback.
If this sounds exciting, we want to hear from you!
