Our history and achievements in a nutshell.

• Back in 2016, Prisma was introduced to the world. Its AI style transfer won awards and allowed users to turn photos into art masterpieces. Can you imagine?
• Fast-forward to 2018, and our team introduced Lensa, a fully-fledged photo editor with a whole lotta AI power. One-tap edits, tons of photo processing options, and filters caught the attention of over 15 million people that download our app.
• The year is 2022 we launched our mind-blowing Magic Avatars. It’s not photo editing, nor a filter or an effect. It’s like nothing you have ever seen, we promise. Generate mind-blowing avatars in various art styles from your portraits with one of the most advanced AI ever created!

We’re looking for a researcher who will work in Lensa app and help with understanding the audience.  We have one researcher that you will work with. This position will be embedded with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced researcher who can communicate impactful insights from research throughout the product development process.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct generative and evaluative research. Be focused on the audience, conduct interviews, and surveys;
• Conduct moderated and unmoderated UX tests, first-click tests, or other appropriate method or mix of methods to answer questions for product teams to test design of the app;
• Help solve the problems that we already have and proactively discover and suggest the new ones to solve;
• Help the product team generate ideas, participate in design thinking process;
• Identify key insights;
• Engage colleagues in research activities;
• Contribute to cross-functional teams to drive changes with research insights, using excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Help establish the research culture;
• Remote work in a distributed international team.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as UX Researcher in an agency or product company;
• Experience in research on B2C on US and Europe audience;
• Ability to carry out full-cycle research projects and ability to toggle between owning and executing end-to-end research;
• Readiness to communicate with different stakeholders during the research process: analytics, designers, marketing team, copywriters, PMs, leadership;
• Ability to present research results in an informative and engaging way. Readiness to support striving for transparency in research;
• Ability to set up co-creation workshops that unite forces and give stakeholders a clear sense of direction. Help them to stay focused throughout the design validation process;
• Curiosity, self-awareness, a drive for growth, learning, and sharing knowledge;
• Fluent English speaker.
