Your role
Capture user needs, pains, and behaviours through different observation and feedback collection methods;
Collaborate across product and marketing teams to evaluate current and upcoming user research needs that help to improve our products and brand;
Establish and implement an overall research strategy;
Prepare and conduct user research (interviews, questionnaires, surveys, usability testing sessions, etc.);Translate user research insights into actionable recommendations for the product and other teams. 

Skills and experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills to communicate effectively with other team members and users;
Empathy to understand user’s expectations, frustrations, goals, and reasoning process;
Curiosity about human psychology in some form and continue to be fascinated by how our brains work;
Analytical thinking to analyse research findings using logical and scientific reasoning;
A portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of UX research;
Ideally you have worked at a SaaS/Software business
A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
